2003----sailing started and good business began.
On 8thApril, Shenzhen WinHi Technology Co., Ltd founded, located at the SEG Science & Tech Park, the journey of WinHi began thereafter.
2004----the 1st branch established away from Shenzhen.
On 23rd Mar., the news press on the website establishment of the sina brand, which was held in the Pavilion Hotel, this is the 1st revolutionary transformation of new thoughts of WinHi.
On 1st Nov, the first class of “WinHi reading month”was formally started under the theme of “making progress & about the future”, flying with the booming of Shenzhen culture.
2005----drive into high speed development express lane.
On 18th Jan, WinHi was authorized 3 registration licenses of SMS website in Beijing, denoting WinHi had sailed into the SMS website field first and to be a leading enterprise in the SMS website field.
On 8th April, the 2nd anniversary ceremony of WinHi, at the same date, WinHi Guangzhou branch was formally established.
As of 31st Dec, the sales amount of the year 2005 exceeded CNY 16 million, realizing 10 times’ growth, which create in the industry.
2006---- explore and develop the Yangtze Delta market while consolidating the South China region market.
On 8th April , WinHi entered Hangzhou, which meant WinHi’s first step of expanding from Pearl River Delta to nationwide.
On 28th Jun, a mobile marketing product-“WinHi Messenger”, which was self-developed by WinHi, formally came into being and became the touchstone of this industry.
On 17th Nov., WinHi Business College was established, which is the cradle of the WinHi talents and have become the Whampoa Military Academy for bringing up professional mobile IT manager.
On 18th Dec, Mr. Yang Yong, the Chairman of WinHi, was selected one of “Economic Figures” for the year 2006 of Shenzhen.
2007----expanded into a company with nationwide business.
On 18th Mar., WinHi Xiamen branch was established therewith the Fujian management centre came into being.
On 8th April, the market assault against Jiangsu province conceived, and WinHi Changzhou branch and WinHi Shanghai branch were established successively, the shanghai market was conquered.
On 8th Aug, WinHi Beijing branch was established, WinHi entered Beijing formally.
On 12th Nov., WinHi, with remarkable independent R&D fruits, was awarded the High-Tech enterprise certification which meant WinHi had become a bright pearl in the field of mobile business.
2008----the 1st year of starting enterprise for the 2nd time.

On 28thApril, Ruilue Business Interaction Consultants Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of WinHi, was formally established.
On 18th May, Sub-Media communication Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of WinHi, was formally established.
On 24th Sep, WinHi Centre was set up, which was a strategic move for WinHi in scientific and technological improvement and in creating mobile business leagues of depth structure of research, production and sales.
On 12th-17th Oct. WinHi Participated in the 10th China Hi-Tech Fair (Shenzhen), the principles of services and R&D as well as the business mode of WinHi Messenger ware highly welcome to the agents owing to their leading position in the industry. During the China Hi-Tech Fair, WinHi was awarded 3 special honors-Chairman Yang was selected among the “top-100 famed personages”, the WinHi Messenger products was awarded among “Excellent projects of fruit transformation” and WinHi was awarded among the “Creative enterprises”
