George Yi

Aged 38, presently a director and the vice-president of CHINA MOWIN, holds a MBA degree from Yale University. Ever was a partner of Dreamo Capital, the investment manager of Morgan Capital and the GM of Shanghai Government Technologies Investment Fund Pudong Kechuang.

Jessica  Chen Director of  Human Resources

Female, Aged 46, she joined China Mowin Holding Company. She has wide experience in Human resource management ,for example business diagnosis, organization design, human resource strategy,performance management system, salary and reward system, the staff profession plan, consultation and so on. What more, she once took the director of human resources, vice president or other important positions in JMRMLMIGHSOO, SHENZHEN MINGWAH AOHAN HIGH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LTD,GUANGDONG LINKDOM CO.LTD and YOURSENDER GROUP. And now, she occupies the position of vice president, in charge of human resource center , ministry of law and public relations department.

Randy Zhang  Chief  technology  Officer

Male,Aged 30, he was in charge of computer system and software of the company and posted as the vice president of China Mowin Holding Company. In 2004,he joined the company, and once worked as project engineer ,project manager and manager of market running department of head office .The main job is to convert software research results into goods for profits, but also to contribute to sales, branch operations management , business procedures planning, informationize planning and business operations management.

Feilight  Chen   Chief  operation  Officer

Male, Aged 25, was graduated from finance management department of Hunan Business College and get the bachelor's degree. And he once worked as GM assistant in market department of SANY GROUP. In 2005,he joined China Mowin Holding Company and worked as business manager and marketing director; in 2007,he posted as marketing director and sales director in marketing center. Until 2009,he occupies the position of vice president.

Grace Shi  Director  of  Public Relations

Female,Aged 28, graduated from business English department of International Business University of Beijing in 2001 ，Got the master's degree of college of business administration of Inter American University in 2008.And she posted at Shanghai OCA Group and Shenzhen Finance-link Consulting Corporation, and joined the China Mowin Holding Company in 2007 and took the position of director of the Office and the spokesperson, in charge of the relation communication enterprise strategy planning. In 2009,she occupies the position of the secretary of the board of directors of the China Mowin Holding Company.
