On Nov.20, 2009, good news also delivered from 11th China International High Tech Fair, China Mowin Holdings Co., Ltd and Information Resource Research Center of Wuhan University has reached the cooperation, and held the signing ceremony of Mobile Business Joint Lab in Wuzhou Hotel on that day.     

The organizations that participated in this news conference included Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry, China Internet Application Technology Association, Guangdong Communication Industry Association, No.7 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group, Information Technology Research Institute of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology, State Key Laboratory of Software Engineering of Wuhan University and relevant leaders and scholars of School of Information Management Wuhan University etc., as well as tens of medias and journalists, such as Sina, Sohu, Tecent, Guangdong TV, Shenzhen TV, South City News, Shenzhen Economic Daily and Shenzhen Special Zone Daily etc., moreover, there were also hundreds of representatives from middle and small-sized enterprises.  

At 15:30 in this afternoon, the signing ceremony opened formally. Yang Yong, Chairman of China Mowin, addressed on behalf of the sponsor, and delivered the warm welcome and sincere appreciation to the individual guests who supported and attended this conference. First, Lu Jian, Vice Director of Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry made a speech, and expressed his warm welcome to universities like Wuhan University to cooperate with enterprises in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, in order to enhance the comprehensiveness of Shenzhen Mobile E-Business, promote the merging of informatization and industrialization, and contribute to the development of Shenzhen Internet. Then, Professor Li Jinliang, Standing Director of China Mobile Communications Association, and Chen Guangsheng, Assistant President of Wuhan University delivered important speech on certain subject respectively.        

Afterwards, China Mowin Holdings Co., Ltd and Information Resource Research Center of Wuhan University held the signing ceremony formally, Yang Yong, Chairman of China Mowin, and Ma Feicheng, Professor of Wuhan University, signed the Agreement of “China Mowin- Wuhan University Mobile Business Application Joint Lab”, with the witness of many government officials, news medias and personnel in the industry. In Sep. this year, the Mobile Business Application United Lab was also opened in Wuhan University. This is the “win-win partnership" between the mobile business technology company and the university with R&D strength in the country, on the basis of taking advantage of resource mutually, their cooperation can not only improve the technology innovation capability and management level of China Mowin, and but also promote the commercialization and industrialization of achievements from Wuhan University, meanwhile, it can also play important role in the industrialization development and informatization popularization engineering of 3G network technology in our country.
